SUSAN TRANTER

I’ve been creating, editing, and thinking about content for over fifteen years.

I started out in press and marketing departments, writing everything from leaflets and posters, newsletters, theatre programmes, ads, brochures and press releases.

I had a stint working freelance, during which time I got more and more involved in digital content: not just creating blog posts, descriptions, reviews, and interviews, but shaping tone of voice guides, building websites, setting up social media channels, and hosting online chats. During this time I worked with the British Council, Arts Council England, the Department for Work & Pensions, the Chartered Institute of Library & Information Professionals, My Travel, and the University of Liverpool.

Most recently I’ve been working with teams at British Cycling and Asthma UK to create digital content which stands out, engages, and convinces people to take action.
